The original Swedish dishcloth material was invented by a Swedish engineer in 1949. Our Swedish dishcloths are made with this same material: 70% wood cellulose from FSC certified forests, 30% cotton, and printed with water-based dyes.
Swedish dishcloths are the perfect eco-friendly solution for all your household cleaning needs—from wiping up spills to polishing chrome and cleaning surfaces like granite, glass, and stainless steel. They can be used with just water or your favorite cleaning products and leave surfaces virtually streak-free. Super absorbent, each cloth holds up to 20 times its weight in liquid and measures 7" x 7.5". Made from natural materials, these dishcloths are hygienic, quick-drying, and don’t pill or crumble.
They’re incredibly durable, lasting up to a year and washable over 200 times—whether by machine, in the dishwasher, or sanitized by boiling or microwaving when wet.
