Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our Thorold boutique to begin your return process within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your items and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring the packing slip is included for faster processing.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the parcel and drop it at any authorized courier location, or bring it directly to our storefront.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
